Data we collect
For an introduction, pilot or contact request, we ask for your name, business email address and, optionally, your organisation, role and business context.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to handle your chosen request, send a receipt confirmation and respond personally. The form asks for consent. Processing may also be necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request.
No medical data
The contact form is not intended for health information, records or details about individual employees. Use business context only.
Abuse prevention
To limit automated spam and repeated submissions, the form uses a hidden control field, temporary deduplication and a hashed network code per fifteen-minute window. IP addresses are not stored in plain text for this purpose.
Cookie and privacy preferences
Casey uses necessary local storage to remember your privacy choice on this device. This storage contains only the selected setting, a version number and the time at which you made the choice. We activate performance and interaction measurement only after your permission. You can change or withdraw your choice through ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer of every page. We do not use this permission for advertising, remarketing or marketing profiles.
Technical performance and interaction measurement
With your permission, the website measures first-party technical values such as loading time, visual stability and response time, and counts aggregated form steps without a user ID. Google Analytics measures visits, page routes and aggregated interactions. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled; the Google tag is loaded only after consent and receives no form content, name or email address. We also use Microsoft Clarity for aggregated click and scroll heatmaps and visual session reconstructions. Clarity may process the page route, device type, browser data, click, scroll and mouse interactions and a pseudonymous session code. We send no custom user ID to Clarity. Input fields are masked by default and the complete enquiry form is explicitly masked.
Retention periods
Business lead and contact data are retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or ongoing agreement requires another period. Our first-party technical measurements are retained for up to 13 months. Google Analytics retains user- and event-level data for 2 months; this setting does not affect aggregated standard reports. Microsoft Clarity generally retains session playback data for 30 days and heatmap and click data for up to 9 months; marked or selected sessions may remain available for up to 9 months. Temporary abuse-prevention codes expire after no more than two hours.
Recipients and hosting
Only authorised staff and necessary technical providers receive access to the extent required. The public Casey website and business enquiry database run on Netlify. Resend handles receipt confirmations and internal email notifications. When you allow performance and interaction measurement, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive the measurement data described above under their privacy terms and contractual safeguards. Read also how Google uses data from sites. Data are not sold or used by Casey for advertising. Any international processing takes place under the contractual safeguards of the provider concerned.
Secured administration
The administration environment is not public, is not indexed by search engines and requires a personally invited administrator account with an additional server-side check of role and email address. Administrative changes are recorded in an activity log retained for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent via hello@caseyai.tech. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
