Not every interesting piece of information is necessary. First define the specific process Casey supports and the minimum information required for that purpose.
Free text, transcripts and attachments can unintentionally collect more sensitive information than needed. Data minimisation is therefore a design decision, not an afterthought.
Keep medical and workplace roles distinct
Employers, HR professionals and technical systems do not take over medical assessment. Occupational physicians and other authorised professionals remain responsible within their legal and professional remit.
Pilot agreements must show who can see which information, who may correct or reject suggestions and who ultimately decides.
